Spain Unleashes €1.5Bn Hydrogen and Green Tech Blitz to Cement Clean Energy Leadership
• Spain has approved €1.22bn [$1.34bn USD] for 2.3GW of green hydrogen projects across four regions, while a further €297.3m [$326.9m USD] will back 34 manufacturing initiatives for renewable and hydrogen technologies. • Funded under NextGenEU and PRTR programs, the goal is to secure domestic energy supply chains, decarbonise industry, and build Europe’s green tech resilience.
